Director of Public Works

The Director of Public Works is responsible for the management and
supervision of the Public Works Department, which includes Transportation, Environmental Services, Water, and Wastewater. This position requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment in the oversight of the Public Works operations and the
Division Supervisors, as well as the City Electrician. The duties of this position include supervising the design, improvement projects and maintenance of the City’s streets; overseeing the solid waste collection system, water and wastewater utilities services, installation of water and sewer mains, storm sewer construction projects, and construction bid documents.
